AABE Greater Boston Scholarship Program
The AABE Greater Boston Scholarship Program is a flagship investment in building a diverse, skilled, and equity-centered clean energy workforce. Since 2014, the program has empowered Black and other underrepresented Massachusetts students to pursue STEM and energy careers through financial support, mentorship, and industry access.
Each year, AABE awards $5,000 College Scholarships + 2 follow up $1,000 continuation awards to help students persist through the 1st and 2nd years of higher education. The Annual Scholarship Dinner honors recipients, elevates their achievements, and forges relationships with industry sponsors and community partners.
As alumni stay engaged, they strengthen a growing network of emerging leaders committed to shaping the Commonwealth’s clean energy future. Together, these elements create a clear, supported pathway from high school to college, trades training, and meaningful careers ensuring equity and opportunity remain at the center of the clean energy transition.

Your donation directly supports the next generation of energy leaders by providing scholarships to graduating high school seniors pursuing careers in energy, engineering, technology, environmental studies, and the skilled trades.
